Suspicious Emails
If you believe you have received a suspicious email that is purported to be from Telos® or one of its subsidiaries or someone claiming to be, please report it to us by sending the following:
- The entire email, as an attachment, to abuse@telos.com. Please do not alter the subject line, do not click any links or download any attachments.
- A brief summary of what you are reporting and any other relevant information such as:
- How or where the activity was detected
- Any other related email addresses, URLs, IP addresses, or domains.
- Your contact information. We will only contact you if you request a reply or if we require more information.
Security Concerns/Vulnerabilities
If you wish to report a vulnerability or other security related issue to Telos, please email security@telos.com and include the following information:
- A description of the concern/issue.
- A brief summary of what you are reporting and any other relevant information such as:
- How or where the activity was detected.
- Any other related email addresses, URLs, IP addresses, or domains.
- For vulnerabilities, a short proof-of-concept.
- Your contact information. We will only contact you if you request a reply or if we require more information.
