This approach is tailored for multiple project types and has been effective for the completion of 3,000+ delivery orders to date under our Air Force Network-Centric Solutions (NETCENTS)-2 and GSA Alliant 2 contracts. At the project level, this approach is facilitated by our Project Management Professional (PMP) certified Project Managers (PM).

Our PMs serve as the single points of contact (SPOC) to the customer. Their responsibilities include:

Planning, monitoring, and controlling all aspects of the project, including stakeholders, communication, requirements, configurations, staffing, procurements, cost, schedule, and risks.
Managing implementation (e.g., site surveys, equipment deliveries, installation, documentation).
Facilitating deliverables and meetings with the government.

Our culture of continuous improvement refines our approach through lessons learned, process improvements, causal analyses, and resolution assessments to determine whether improvements can be applied to other sites/contracts.
