Five-Year Agreement Provides Federal Agencies Access to Telos’ Information Security Consulting Services
ASHBURN, Va. – May 12, 2010 – Telos® Corporation has been awarded a new blanket purchase agreement (BPA) with the Office of Governmentwide Policy (OGP) for the company’s information security consulting services. OGP is an office of the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA).
Through the BPA and Telos GSA Schedule, customers at OGP, the Office of the Senior Agency Information Security Officer (SAISO) and the Office of the Chief Acquisition Officer (OCAO) can purchase Telos’ cybersecurity services with increased ease and at significant discounts from list pricing. This agreement also provides the platform through which Telos will deliver cybersecurity and certification and accreditation (C&A) support for various executive branch initiatives.
“This agreement not only allows for the continuation of services to our existing customers, but also provides a mechanism for more rapid system deployment as new IT initiatives are developed,” said John Wood, chairman and CEO, Telos Corporation.
Services available through the BPA include all phases of system certification and accreditation (C&A), security operations and continuous monitoring, including application and database vulnerability scanning, wireless network assessments and secure configuration guidelines. Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) reporting and security policy and procedure development are also available.
