U.S. Marine Corps: Infrastructure Services, Transport and Communications Base Area Network

USMC ISTC BAN (U.S. Marine Corps: Infrastructure Services, Transport and Communications Base Area Network) is an Agency-specific IDIQ contract vehicle awarded by the Marine Corps covering work to install new telecommunication and network infrastructure at service branch facilities worldwide, as well as engineer, furnish, secure, test, and make operational all physical assets for the networks. Telos® is a subcontractor on this contract vehicle.

This Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) is for Program Executive Officer (PEO) Digital Enterprise Services Installation Services Transport and Communications (ISTC).

Objectives

The objectives of this contract are to modernize and refresh the telecommunications and network infrastructure on each Marine Corps Installation by reducing the procurement acquisition lead time, creating the flexibility to support multi-awards and projects, and promoting agility to implement material solutions in support of world-wide emerging requirements and standardization.

Period of Performance

The IDIQ will have a 10-year ordering period (one five-year base ordering period and one optional five-year ordering period).

The Contractor shall Engineer, Furnish, Install, Secure, and Test (EFIST) and make operational the refreshed and modernized capabilities for the telecommunication and network infrastructure at all required USMC B/P/C/S in accordance with (IAW) individual orders.

The Contractor shall also provide all required equipment, labor, training, software, firmware, licenses, and interfaces associated with these capabilities to deliver a complete solution. The Contractor shall provide all supporting documentation associated with the delivered solution.
