Application Review
We’ll review your application thoroughly. If you’re a good fit, we’ll schedule a conversation with a recruiter.
Recruiter Call
A recruiter will reach out to you to schedule a short phone call to discuss the position and answer your questions.
Interview(s)
We’ll schedule one or more interviews (in-person or virtual) with the hiring manager and other Telos team members.
Skills Assessment
Depending on the role, we may ask you to complete additional skill or technical tasks to show your competency.
Offer & Acceptance
If you’re the right fit, we’ll make a job offer, contact references, and run a background check and drug screening.
