FedRAMP Ready | Telos Corporation

We are pleased to announce that Telos® has received FedRAMP® Ready designation at the High impact level for our Xacta® IT and cyber risk management platform from the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Program Management Office (PMO). Telos is now listed as a FedRAMP Ready vendor in the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program Marketplace for U.S. federal agencies and government contractors under the “Cybersecurity and Risk Management” category, where Xacta, Telos’ premiere IT and cyber risk management platform, is listed as a SaaS offering.

Importance of the FedRAMP Ready Designation

FedRAMP was established in 2011 to provide a cost-effective, risk-based approach for the adoption and use of cloud services by the federal government. FedRAMP empowers agencies to use modern cloud technologies with an emphasis on the security and protection of federal information.

After first being prioritized by FedRAMP to pursue a Provisional Authority to Operate (P-ATO) from the Joint Authorization Board (JAB), we’re proud to have achieved this significant new milestone on the way to full FedRAMP authorization. FedRAMP Ready indicates that a third-party assessment organization has attested to Telos’ readiness for the authorization process and that a Readiness Assessment Report (RAR) has been reviewed and approved by the FedRAMP PMO. The RAR documents Telos’ capability to meet FedRAMP security requirements.
