Today marks the 20th anniversary of 9/11. The tragedy is still difficult to digest. Although time continues to go on, we will never forget the loved ones that were lost on that dreadful day.

Grief works that way, overwhelming you at odd times and specific moments. However, it also shows the strength and resiliency of the human spirit – the power to allow yourself to both grieve and rebuild life. That spirit is integral to who we are. It allows us to continue on in the face of adversity, struggle, and tragedy.

The power of that human spirit is embodied in “Rebirth,” a documentary that shows the importance of hope and knowing that you’re not alone. I encourage you, today and every day: check in with one another and let your loved ones know that you’re there for them, no matter what.

If you’d like to watch “Rebirth,” you can find it on Amazon and Tubi TV.
