Secure messaging with Telos Automated Message Handling System
AMHS provides maximum efficiency for secure organizational messaging for your command or agency.
Now a component of Telos Secure Information eXchange, or T-6, AMHS secure messaging was originally developed as a part of the next-generation of the Organizational Messaging Service (formerly DMS).
Telos AMHS provides a cost-efficient Web-based secure organizational messaging solution that greatly simplifies configuration management, system administration, and customer interface to the DoD record messaging system. The same solution also handles non-OMS messages including SMTP e-mail and news wire services as well as a number of agency-specific formats and protocols.
AMHS routes incoming messages to the right user by looking at addressing information, message content, and the content of attachments to each message. The use of profiling -- delivering messages based on content and information type other than by address -- is a highly effective means for determining internal message distribution.
In addition to near-real-time organizational message delivery, AMHS indexes and creates a searchable archive of all inbound and outbound traffic for future reference. AMHS provides intuitive tools for searching and retrieving messages from the archive while protecting against unauthorized access. And, AMHS provides an easy way to create, coordinate, and release outgoing messages.
Add it all up — power, simplicity, security, and lower cost — and Telos AMHS is the ideal solution for your enterprise secure messaging needs.

Telos OIX: Official Information Exchange
Telos OIX (Official Information Exchange) is the next-generation messaging capability that provides reliable, secure command and control-related information exchange by leveraging existing SMTP infrastructure and eliminating the cost and complexity of maintaining a messaging specific backbone such as DISA's Organizational Message Service. Based on the widely deployed Telos AMHS, OIX is fully compliant with all secure messaging security requirements at all classification levels, including PL3. Download the Telos OIX data sheet.

OIX sends and receives organizational messages in XML format using SMTP transport between communication hubs and devices (XML over SMTP). It simplifies the operation from the message creator through transport and delivery.
Telos AMHS ITS
Telos AMHS ITS allows the services, Intelligence Community and other government customers to leverage their existing investments in secure messaging for reliable, secure command and control-related information exchange. It meets current and proposed requirements for official messaging standards, making it ideal to support all official messaging requirements. It offers support for tactically deployed organizations through AMHS ITS JWICS interface. Download the Telos ITS data sheet.

AMHS interfaces with the Legacy Translation Gateway (LTG) and the CEGWAY for Legacy Interoperability and with the Cross Domain Gateway (CDG) controlled interface between JWICS and SIPRNET.
